My work sits closer to quiet observation than to reportage — atmosphere over information, suggestion over statement, the pause before the picture. I photograph people the way I photograph places: slowly, sideways, and without asking them to become anything else. The pictures belong to the editorial tradition that prefers the quiet half-second to the staged one — a body of work shaped by analogue film and by natural light. I am drawn to the quiet traces life leaves behind, in people, in rooms, in the soft weight of light at the end of a day.
Beyond photography, I work as a creative director — helping brands find their own voice again, and translating it into a visual language that lasts.
